How Does Dream Singles Work?
Once you become a member of Dream Singles, we recommend selecting which lady members you would like to begin corresponding with. By using our Search feature (found on your home page when you log in), you can customize your search results to find which lady members most complement your interests.
To begin corresponding with the lady who has caught your attention, contact her via email� or if she is online, feel free to invite her to chat with you. If you choose to email her, you can send an Introductory letter introducing yourself to her. While communicating with the lady or ladies of your choice, you are welcome to use the Voice Chat and Live Video features to see and hear your lady Live. We also provide a Gift service enabling you to surprise your special girl on the right occasion.
Once you and your lady have been communicating well enough and have established a comfortable relationship, feel free to request her contact information (includes her full name, telephone number and home address). You can also make plans to visit her in her country. When you�re ready to make that trip, we recommend requesting a Travel Tour to put you in touch with our local representatives, as they will be able to assist you with travel arrangements, apartment accommodations, etc. However, even if you do not purchase a Travel Tour, or if you have sufficiently made your own arrangements, we still recommend requesting a Travel Tour so that you will have someone local to contact if needed during your stay in the Former USSR. Requesting a Travel Tour is FREE of charge.
And lastly, when the time is right to tie the knot� well� that will mostly be handled by your country�s immigration department and/or your immigration lawyer if you choose to hire one. However, we will be more than happy to assist in every way we can during this process.

We believe in our company and all of us (meaning Dream-Singles employees, managers and owners) work hard to maintain our site while providing excellent Customer Service and overall, an excellent service, to our clients.

We provide a gift service enabling members to buy gifts for the ladies. Once the gift is delivered, we send gift confirmation photos of the lady with the gift that was purchased for her to whomever purchased the gift for her.

Creating Your Profile...
To get started corresponding with the lady members, please complete a profile. Your profile will tell the lady members a little bit about yourself. To begin creating your profile, please click on the "Join Now" link at our site, www.Dream-Singles.com. Please include recent pictures and don't be afraid to tell the lady members a little bit about yourself.

Hope you can understand, but there are some basic guidelines to keep in mind when setting up your profiles.

1. Please enter a first and last name. Pseudonyms are ok (we understand if our clients want to keep their identities private), but nonsense names, i.e. abc 123, or celebrity names will not be accepted.

2. Please include a photo of yourself. Sorry, but we're not MySpace, so all cartoons, nature scenes, and any other photos that is clearly not Y.O.U. will not be accepted. And sorry fellas, but Full Nudity is strictly prohibited. We love when our clients feel confident and sexy. That's great! However, we are not a porn site, so please, no nude photos.

3. No profanity or vulgarity is allowed in our members profiles. Please be advised that if you include profanity or vulgarity in your profile, it will not be accepted, meaning that your profile will not be activated for the lady members to see.

4. Contact information is only allowed in the appropriate areas, including ONLY the areas that request your email address or phone number. Please be advised that your contact information will be deleted if added in inappropriate areas.

Understanding Your Home Page
Once you have logged in, we have included many useful features that makes our site easy to use and ultimately assists you with finding the right lady for you. Hope this helps you with navigating through your home page.

1. SEARCH: The Search tab, located towards the top of your screen, enables you to search for which lady members most fit your particular tastes and interests. Once you have selected your preferences, select `Show Matches` to view the different selection of women who match your preferences.

2. MAIL: Selecting the Mail tab will take you right to your Inbox to view the messages the lady members have sent you. From there, you can select Outbox (to view messages you have sent the lady members) or Trash (to view messages you have deleted).

3. LIVE CHAT: Selecting the Live Chat tab will take you to view the ladies online and available for chat. You will be able to view the lady members profiles and invite them to chat from this page.

4. BUY CREDITS: Select this tab to purchase credits to correspond with the lady members on our site. This page can also be selected from the Members Area section located towards the left of your screen.

5. MEMBERSHIP: This area discloses your membership level (Free Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum). You will also see the date you have registered as a member on our site. When you get a sec, please select the 'Share Your Success' link to leave a Testimonial for us.

6. CORRESPONDENCES: Selecting the links in this area will bring you to your Mail page, where you will be able to view messages in your Inbox, Outbox and Trash. Or, select the Admirers link to view ladies who have expressed an interest in getting to know you. Select the Favorites link to view ladies you have an interest in. Or select the Matches link to view the lady members where you both share a mutual interest. Select Chat Invitations to view the results of your recent chat requests. Lastly, select the Free Mail link to view important notifications sent to you from Dream Singles. Many of these links are also available towards the left of the screen under Members Area.

7. CONFIGURATIONS: Select the Upgrade Credit Card Information link to update your credit card information. Select the Account Options link to view your Dream Singles account options avaialble to you. Please see the FAQ section in this category to get a better understanding of how to use the Account Options page. The FAQ and Account Options links are also available towards the left of the screen under Members Area.

8. CREDITS: This area shows you how many credits are available on your account. Select the Buy More link to purchase addtional credits.

9. You can use the bottom section of this page to upgrade your membership anytime you'd like. The price of each membership is included in this section also. Please view the chart at the bottom of the screen that details what is included in each membership. Hint: The checkmarks located next to each item reveals what is included with each membership.

10. Under Members Area, located towards the topmost left of your screen, please select the My Home link to get back to your Home Page. The FAQ link will take you to our FAQ page. Or select the Logout link to logout and leave our site.

11. Use the Women Gallery section to view the lady members in our gallery or view the lady members online and available to chat.

12. Select the links in the Services tab to view ladies online and available to chat and view live video streaming with.

How Long Does this Finding and Meeting and Marrying A Lady Take?
To find and meet a foreign lady using our services, in short, the process includes selecting which members you would like to correspond with. Once you have done so, you can communicate via email or Chat. Once you have found that you are really interested in that individual, you then request her contact information so you can communicate on the phone. And when you are ready to meet her, contact us for travel tour arrangements. When you have visited her in her country and decide you would like to marry her, you then would acquire a visa for her and make arrangements to bring her to your country.

How long it takes to find a foreign wife will really depend entirely on you and the lady you choose. Sorry, but there is not an average or typical time I can provide. Factors that weigh in to how long or short it will take depends on:

1. How much time it takes to find the right lady

2. Availability to travel to foreign country to meet the lady.

3. Immigration

4. Other varying factors

What Is A Confirmed Profile? How Do I Verify the Ladies Identities?
The majority of our lady members have Confirmed Profiles. This means our local representative has interviewed the lady using either background checks, passport, and/or other identifiable verification. Please look for the Confirmed Profile icon by opening the profile page of the lady you are corresponding with to determine whether or not her identity has been confirmed. Additionally, you can confirm the ladies identities using Live Chat, Live Video Chat or by watching their Introductory Videos.

How does my relationship with a foreign lady usually work?
The process in short includes selecting which members you would like to correspond with. Once you have done so, you can communicate via email or Chat. Once you have found that you are really interested in that individual, you then request her contact information so you can communicate on the phone. And once you are ready to meet her, contact us for travel tour arrangements. When you have visited her in her country and decide you would like to marry her, you then would acquire a visa for her and make arrangements to bring her to your country.

If I Do Find the Right Girl for Me, Can I Marry Her in Her Country?
It is possible to marry a foreign lady in her country. However, returning to your country with your new bride will take much longer than obtaining a fiancee (K-1) visa. In the United States, the approximate time for obtaining a K-1 visa is, give or take, 6 months, and the approximate time for obtaining a visa for a spouse is 2 years. For US citizens, a good reference is the United States CIS official website: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis.

When you are ready to take that step, we do suggest hiring an attorney for the immigration process as we do not yet provide this service. Unfortunately, we can not provide very much counsel on immigration because of the legalities that are involved. However, it is not mandatory that you hire an attorney, as you can certainly accomplish this task yourself, but you might find it very helpful if you work with an immigration attorney.

When I Find the Right Lady, How Do We Get Married?
First, we suggest you visit the lady you would like to marry in her country. To do so, you would first request a Travel Tour through our site. Next, your request will be submitted to the lady`s local representative and they will contact you to schedule travel arrangements. Once you meet your future wife in her country, you would then need to make arrangements to bring her to your country. Unfortunately, we can not provide very much counsel on immigration because of the legalities that are involved. In the event you become seriously involved with a woman, we suggest you seek counsel from an immigration attorney.

To assist with immigration, we do suggest you copy and paste the email messages from the lady you`ve been corresponding with to a Word document as you will need a paper trail to confirm that a relationship has been established. And after you visit her and you arrive home, you will need to file a K-1 (fiancee visa) for your future wife.

How do I contact the ladies I like on your website?
First, you will have to sign up for any membership which will allow you to communicate with the ladies through our site's messaging system as well as write them directly using credits. Also you can use our Live Video Chat and Live Video Streaming features for the best results.

Why can't I read incoming messages from the ladies?
In order to read incoming messages from the ladies, a gentleman has to sign up for a Free Trial or purchase Gold or Platinum membership. A person can also buy credits and use them to open and read incoming messages. There might be a confusion between completing a personal profile and getting a Free Trial. Completing a profile is step 2 out a 3-step process of receiving a Free Trial. Once you complete your profile, you need to click on the "Free Trial" button to receive a Free 3-Day Trial on our site. You can now open and read all incoming letters absolutely free.

Am I assured a response from the person I selected to write or call?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee (and neither could anyone else guarantee) a response from the lady members. However, we will be happy to assist our members with obtaining a response from the lady members. Nevertheless, we can not force anyone to answer if he or she does not want to. As a matter of fact, when it comes to the "matters of the heart", we can not guarantee the outcome of the relationships that develop on our site because whether or not a relationship is successful is entirely dependent on the people involved in the relationship. However, we sincerely hope that 100 percent of the relationships will work. We truly hope your relationship will work. Your happiness is our highest purpose!

Are Emails the Ladies and I Send to Each Other Translated?
If the lady you are corresponding with has requested assistance with translation, than all your letters to her and all her letters to you are translated. Otherwise, if the lady member is able to read and write in English, than she has no need for an interpreter.

No Way! That's a little intrusive, don't you think? :)

When Attempting to Send a Letter to the Ladies, I Get An Error Message Telling Me That My Message is Too Short...
Please be advised that the software will reject your letter if it is 5 words or less. If you are sending a photo, please add a sentence or two and you should no longer experience this problem...

But if after adding content to your letters, you continue to see the error message, please contact us and copy and paste the exact error message you are receiving.

How Do I Delete More Than One Letter At A Time?
To delete multiple emails, please check each box next to the ladies picture. Once you have selected all of the messages you`d like to delete, please select the delete button.

How Do I Send Emails to the Ladies?
To send emails to the lady members, you must first upgrade from Bronze to either Free Trial/Silver, Gold or the Platinum membership level. If you do not wish to upgrade at this time, it will be necessary to purchase credits to send emails and correspond with the lady members.

Once you have upgraded or purchased credits, you can email the lady members by either replying to the emails in your Inbox or selecting the envelope icon in the ladies profile.

How Do I Send Photo's to the Ladies?
To add photos as attachments when replying to messages:

1. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the Browse button.

2. A new window will appear and you will be able to search for pictures that have been downloaded to your computer.

3. After choosing which picture you desire to send in your message, select the Send button.

Please bear in mind that all photo attachments must be 2 MB or smaller. All photo attachments must be either a JPG or GIF file. To reduce the size of your photos, please use photo editing software, i.e. Photo Draw, Photo Shop, etc.

Can I Sort Through Emails?
Sorry, there is currently no way to sort through emails. However, updating our mail server to support this feature is a work in progress.

A tip that may help you sort through emails is knowing they are in order by date. Therefore, if you`re looking for an email dated approximately a week ago, you`ll select the numbered links that will put you in that date range.

Additionally, please be advised that saving a lady member to Favorites will automatically enable you to view all correspondence between you and the lady.

I Only Want to Contact One Lady. Can You Help?
Sorry, we don't have an option that will limit your account to contacting only one lady. However, we do have an option that prevents new ladies from writing letters to you so you can communicate with ladies you have been previously corresponding with only. To activate this option, please contact us.

How Do I Save My Introductory Letter? Can I Re-write my Intro Letter?
To save an Introductory letter, please select a lady member to write to. Once you have typed your letter in the space provided, and BEFORE sending your letter, please check the "Save As Intro" box.

To make changes to and/or rewrite your Introductory letter, please complete the steps outlined above.

What Are Introductory and Follow Up Letters?
Introductory letters are the first letter that is written to the lady members introducing yourself to them.
Any emails after your first letter to the lady are Follow Up emails.
Free Follow Up emails are included in the Gold, Platinum and Diamond memberships.
Any sent emails not included as a membership benefit costs 10 credits.
Below is a summary of how many Introductory and Follow Up emails each membership includes.
3 day Free Trial/Silver Membership:
1. Open Unlimited Emails
2. Send 10 Introductions/mo.
Gold Membership:
1. Open Unlimited Emails
2. Send 30 Introductions/mo.
3. 10 Follow-Up Emails/mo.
Platinum Membership:

Introductory emails are included in all plans. Follow up emails are included in the Gold, Platinum and Diamond memberships. The Silver Membership includes 10 free Intros per month, Gold members receive 30 introductory emails per month and 10 follow up emails. Platinum members receive 50 introductory emails and 30 follow up emails per month. Diamond members receive 100 introductory emails and 50 follow up emails. Thus the Diamond membership is the most cost effective option.

My Letter Did Not Send. Why?
Was your letter particularly long? Or did it take a long time to write your letter? Please be advised that for security purposes, members are automatically logged out for inactivity. We realize that this is especially frustrating when writing long messages and we apologize for the inconvenience.

It may be best to first compose your message in MS Word, then copy and paste the message into your email before sending it to avoid losing any more messages.

Should I Read All of the Messages the Ladies Have Sent Me?
Concerning reading all of the messages you`ve received, it is quite difficult to give advice on this matter as this would solely depend on the time you`re able to invest in reading emails. We completely understand your desire to read and perhaps answer all of the emails you receive. However, please be assured that we do not expect you to either read or answer all of the emails you receive, especially if it puts a strain on your time or finances.

Additionally, because of the costs of using our site, we really don�t suggest contacting ladies you�re not interested in. Also, if many guys contacted ladies with rejection letters, that would probably be more discouraging than anything else. So not responding to the ladies you�re not interested in (although it sounds rude) is more than likely a better alternative than even the nicest rejection letter.

Why Have I Received So Many Letters from the Ladies?
Is it possible to get a lot of emails from ladies in a short period of time? Yes. We have thousands of female members on our site. We truly don`t think there are any ulterior motives. When we look at the mailbox of the average male member, it differs none from the inbox of the average female member. In other words, both female and male members tend to have hundreds of emails at any given time sitting in his/her Inbox. Please be assured that a lot of our lady members are simply looking for someone to correspond with to find if there is any possibility something may evolve down the line.

Additionally, please be advised that the lady members are also notified when male members join. We have thousands of lady members. Therefore, it doesn`t seem too far-fetched that new members, whether female or male, receive a lot of emails.

Where Did All of My Lady's Letters Disappear To? I Can No Longer View Her Profile?
If you are no longer able to view the profile of the lady you are interested in, and if you are unable to access her letters, she has left Dream-Singles.com. We sincerely apologize, however, please be advised that both our female and male members are at liberty to cancel his/her account at any time.

Please understand that it would be unethical for us to disclose chatting activity or any activity of our female or male members to other members on our site. Just as we can not disclose the chatting activity of our female members to male members, please rest assured that we would never disclose your chatting activity to any of the female members either.

How to Use the New Mail Page
We have redone our Mail page to include new features. It is just as easy to use our Mail page as it is to send email messages using MS Outlook and other email programs like Gmail and Yahoo!

Here's how to use your new Mail page:

Inbox: All messages received from the lady members are sent to your Inbox.

Outbox: All messages that you have written to the lady members can be found in your Outbox.

Trash: All letters that you have deleted will appear in your Trash folder for 30 days.

Drafts: You now have the ability to save letters that you are writing but that are not ready to send. To save letters to your Drafts folder, please select the Save Draft button. All saved messages will be located in the drafts folder.

My Folders: You now have the ability to save messages into folders that you create. To create folders, please select the My Folders tab. Next, select Create Folders. You can name your folder whatever you like and can later add messages to them.

How Are Introductory and Follow Up Letters Used?
With the premium memberships, namely the Gold, Platinum and Diamond memberships, members are allotted a certain number of Introductory and Follow Up letters. Once the Introductory letters are used, Follow Up letters will begin to be used, even if you're sending an Introductory letter.

Once all Introductory and Follow Up letters are used, it will cost 10 credits to send a letter to the lady members.

Can I Block Lady Members from Writing to Me?
To block a lady member you do not wish to receive letters from, please:

1. Once you are in your Mailbox, select one of the lady's members messages of whom you have chosen to block.

2. Next, select the More Actions tab.

3. And lastly, select the Block Girl tab.

To unblock a lady member and receive letters from her once more, select the Unblock tab.

What are Video Letters and how do they work?
We have launched new service on our site - Video letters. Now men and women can exchange personal video messages with each other. Video Letters is a unique feature that presents a wonderful opportunity to communicate with your special lady and get more acquainted.

How does it work:
� You can record your video with any recording device (cell phone, camcorder, web camera)

� To send you video you should do the following:
1. When composing or replying to a letter, click on the Attach a Video tab
2. Click Browse and attach a video file from your computer.
3. Click Send and your video is on the way

� When you attach a video file to your message, credits will be deducted not Intro or Follow-Up benefits.

Video should be at least 30 seconds in length but not be more than 2 minutes in length.

� Video size cannot exceed 375MB.

Most common formats: avi, wmv, mov, mp4

� You will be able to specify if you want to receive a video letter reply from the lady:
If you mark "Yes", then a girl might send you a video letter back. If a Video letter is sent in return this would be totally up to the lady if she wishes to send one. If you specify that you do not want to receive a video letter back - "No", she can not send you one as a reply to your letter.

� Video letters in your inbox will have "Video Inside" icon. Simply click on Read the Message to view the video

� The cost of sending a letter - 20 credits for paid members and 40 credits for bronze members.
The cost of reading a letter - 20 credits for paid members and 40 credits for bronze members.

We have the same policy for this feature as we do for all of our correspondence features; please, no profanity or porn allowed in the videos. This may result in loss of membership.

What are Flirts and how do they work?
A Flirt is a quick, fun way to let someone know you're interested. And the best part about it - it's FREE!

You will receive from 5 to 30 free flirts a month, depending on your type of membership:
Silver - 5
Gold - 10
Platinum - 15
Diamond - 30

To Send a Flirt, you will have to go to a lady�s profile and click Flirt. Choose one of the suggested flirts, then click Send. You can also Preview any flirt before sending.

All flirts you will receive from ladies will be located on your Home Page under Messages in a separate Flirts inbox. To view your flirts go to Flirts and click view flirt to see the message. You can reply to any flirt with a message and it will be delivered to her inbox.

* You can send only 1 flirt per lady

* Upgrade your membership to receive more flirts

I'm missing messages, where are they?
Unread Introductory letters are deleted to reserve space on the email server. The reason these messages are deleted is done with the logic that if the member has neither read or responded to the message within 14 days, then the man is not interested in the lady.

How Much Does Live Chat, Live Video and Voice Chat Cost?
To use Chat, Live Video and Voice Chat, please first login to our site using your username and password. If you don�t have one, you can register on our site absolutely free here. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the link "Forgot Password" located on this page.

Once logged in, you will see "Ladies Online" menu item on the left side under "Ladies Gallery" section of the menu. Click on "Ladies Online" button to see which ladies are currently logged on.

If you wish to start a chat session with any one of those ladies, click on the button displayed right below her picture.

She will receive an invitation from you and a chat window will open for you. Once she accepts your invitation, you will receive a message from her in the chat window.

If a lady invites you to chat, you will see a popup window showing who would like to chat with you. You can review her profile before accepting a chat session. If you don�t wish to chat with this lady, simply click on �No Thanks� and the lady will be notified.

How can I get a lady's contact information if our relationship is serious?
To be eligible to request contact information from the lady members, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond members who have retained the paid membership for 3 consecutive months or more must have at least acquired 1,200 credits per lady to obtain contact information.

Silver, Gold. Platinum, or Diamond members who have been paid members less than 3 consecutive months need to acquire 2,000 credits per lady to request contact information.

Once you are eligible to receive a lady's contact information, if you live in the USA, you need to complete a disclosure statement located on the Account Options page, required by International Marriage Broker Regulation Act. A translated copy of this form will then need to be signed by your lady. For members who reside in countries other than the USA, the request goes straight to the lady for her decision on the release of her personal information.

For members living in the United States, there will be an administrative fee of 100 credits for this paperwork performed by our independent local representative. For members living in all other countries, the fee will be 60 credits. The fee will be deducted from your account when you submit a request for contact information.

How Long Should I Wait Before Going to Ukraine?
There is not really a set time or average amount of time recommended for members to communicate online before meeting in person. There are many varying factors that come into play that determines when it is appropriate for each member to make that trip. Can My Lady Visit Me First?
While we do understand the convenience in having your lady visit you first, we strongly advise against making arrangements to do so. Please be advised that in order for the lady members to visit the US, they will need a letter of invitation from the country where they are purposing to visit, they will need proof of correspondence of whom they are going to visit, among other immigration requirements. If the lady members do not have this information ready and available when they are at the immigration offices to obtain their Visa, their application is denied and they are ineligible to reapply for up to 6 months.

In addition, many of the lady members do not have the funds required to make the trip. Therefore, even if she is able to obtain her Visa, she may not be able to pay for the plane ticket and hotel expenses. We do not encourage our male members to wire money to the lady members for these expenses (this is a big international scam) and members who do wire money overseas are certainly taking a serious risk.

However, Ukraine has more of an open door policy and doesnt require US citizens to obtain a Visa. This is why we encourage our male members to visit Ukraine as opposed to the lady members visiting the US.

How can I reserve an apartment?
On our homepage, select the criteria that you have for your apartment from the left-side menu. Choose your city, apartment size and travel dates. You can also sort the prices, either from low to high or high to low. The apartments that match your criteria will show up, and then you may select an apartment for your stay.

On the next page you may select additional apartment amenities, such as a shuttle ride to/from the airport and you may also schedule the services of an interpreter. After that you can input your credit card information and reserve your apartment.

In order for the apartment to be reserved by you it needs to be fully paid for. This can be done at the time of apartment selection. A valid credit card will reserve the apartment for you.

After your credit card clears you will receive a link to a form that you must fill out and return with a valid picture ID. This form and your proof of ID must be returned within 48 hours of booking your apartment. If it isn�t returned within that time span your reservation will be forfeited.

What will communication between myself and the apartment representative be like after I rent an apartment?
Once you rent your apartment you will receive an email giving you a link to your reservation control panel. All communications between you and the representative will be conducted within this control panel.

When they contact you via the control panel, a reminder email will be sent to your Inbox informing that you that they have contacted you.

What is your cancellation policy?
For stays of 1-5 nights:
Canceling your reservation between 1 and 7 days prior to your arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night�s stay.

For stays of 5-7 nights:
Canceling your reservation between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to two nights stay.

For stays of over 7 nights:
Canceling your reservation between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights stay.

If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days in advance you will receive a full refund.

In all cases, canceling your reservation on the day of your arrival will result in a forfeiture of your entire rental payment and other reserved services (transfers, interpreter costs, etc.)

Note: We do not guarantee the unit until the apartment is paid in full. Until the payment is received, the apartment may be reserved by another person.

What if I need to change my reservation dates?
If you give us notice at least 20 days in advance and your apartment rental schedule allows your dates to be moved, your reservation can be moved without any penalty. If you give less than 20 days notice or the original apartment does not allow your dates to be moved due to schedule conflict (in which case we will have to propose another apartment for you) the penalty is a one night fee.

What is check-in / check-out time?
Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 pm. If you wish to check-in before 2 pm, please let us know in advance and we will try to meet your needs if the apartment rental schedule allows. If you need to check-out after 12 pm it is possible for an additional fee (usually half-a-days rent). Early check-in and late check-out are charged at the rate of 50% of the daily price of the apartment.

How do I check-out of my apartment?
Our representative will come to your apartment right before the check-out time and will examine the apartment just to make sure nothing has been damaged (if there are damages, you are responsible for the costs of the damage). To access this feature, please visit Ladies Gallery and click on the blue telephone icon under lady's profile picture. If you already have a lady in mind, please go to Search, enter ladies ID and click Search. Lady will show up in gallery view. Click on the blue telephone icon and it will take you to Schedule a Call form. You can also schedule a call by clicking on Call Me button from lady's profile.
Call Instructions
1. After submitting your Call request, please allow a few days for your call request to be processed.
2. If your request is approved, on the scheduled day, please call our toll free number 1-866-351-2998 and give our operator the Call Number, you received in your Free Mail.
3. Operator will connect you to the other party. Conversation starts when both parties are on the line.
4. You will also be able to view your Call Status and other details from your Home Page -> Account Options -> Call Status.
For any additional minutes, 10 credits per minute will be deducted from your account. You will be disconnected if you do not have sufficient funds.

Call Policy and Terms of Service
� Complimentary translation and assistance are provided with the service
� Parties cannot exchange personal contact information during the call
� Credits will be deducted from your account immediately after you submit your call request
� Basic package is 10 minutes for 100 credits. Even if you speak less than 10 minutes, the entire amount of 100 credits will be deducted from your account. This policy applies to all packages.
� Any additional time will be rounded up to the next nearest full minute. Ex. If you talk for 10 minutes and 15 seconds, you will be billed for 11 minutes
� Any wait time will not be counted towards minutes purchased. Timed conversation starts once both parties are on the line.
� Conversations are recorded for your protection and quality assurance

Refund Information:
To receive a full refund you must cancel 24 hours prior your scheduled call.
If you fail to contact Call Center during a scheduled time your credits will not be refunded and your call will be cancelled.
If a lady fails to answer your call you will receive a full refund.

Schedule a Date
Date Me feature allows you to Schedule a Date with with any lady from our site in her hometown. Dates are official and easy to schedule. We will assist you with interpretation services, meeting set up and coordination.

To schedule a date, go to her profile, click Date Me and submit a date request form.

To view and manage your dates, please go to Account Options -> Date Requests.

General Policy:

1. Schedule a Date service is available to all eligible members in good standing
2. Schedule a Date service is subject to IMBRA law and requires that you submit personal disclosure form at the time of the service purchase.
3. Meeting must be scheduled at least 72 hours prior to the desired date.
4. If lady proposes new time and date, you must respond within 48 hours to avoid request cancellation
5. Base price is 200 credits, which includes 2 hour date, interpreters services, meeting set up and coordination.

Refund Policy:

A full refund will be issued if lady fails to show up or declines the scheduled meeting less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
No refund will be issued if you
- Decline the meeting less than 48 hours before the scheduled time
- Fail to show up at the scheduled time
- Decline to use interpreter's service
- Stay less than time scheduled
